Dementia Risk Prediction Project

Homepage

The Dementia Risk Prediction Project (DRPP) is a new consortium of 11 cohorts spanning multiple sites across the US and Europe. Our collaborative team has successfully harmonized the data from each cohort into one dataset and built a cloud-based computing platform. This platform provides the opportunity for other researchers to access a large (n >100,000 individuals) longitudinal dataset rich with clinical, genetic, and behavioral risk factors as well as ongoing Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) ascertainment. Out of this pooled dataset, we will develop and validate a personalized, dynamic dementia risk prediction model that can be used clinically to guide treatment decisions and will be made available to clinicians.
